By using this website you agree to these terms.
Information only
Everything on this website is general information about our products and services. It is not an offer, sanction or commitment to lend. Any funding is subject to our credit assessment, a 230+ point inspection of each car, completed KYC and a signed facility agreement.
Illustrative figures
Funding limits, advance percentages, fees, tenures, timelines and calculator results shown here are indicative. Your actual limit, fees and terms are set out in your sanction letter and facility agreement, and those documents prevail over anything on this website.
Fees and charges
Fees are charged per day on the amount drawn, as set out in your sanction letter. Any other charges, along with applicable GST, are disclosed to you in writing before you sign. We do not collect payments through this website.
Inspection reports
Our inspection reports describe a car’s condition at the time of inspection, using our AI-powered tool and on-site checks. They are prepared to assess value for funding. Dealers may share them with buyers, but a report is not a warranty or guarantee of the car’s condition, history or roadworthiness.
Partner services
Customer car loans, leads, procurement and insurance may be provided by our partners, including Drivio, 91wheels and 91trucks. These services are governed by the partner’s own terms, and the partner is responsible for them. We make introductions and do not guarantee approval or outcomes.
Your information
We collect and use personal and business information only to assess, provide and service funding, and as required by law. We may share it with credit bureaus, inspection and verification agencies, partners you choose to work with, and authorities where required. We handle it in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Fraud warning
KFin will never ask for an upfront fee to approve funding, or for your OTP, PIN or passwords. Disbursals are made only to your registered business bank account. If anyone claims to represent us and asks for money, please report it to support@karinifinance.com.
Intellectual property
The KFin name, logo, content and design of this website belong to Karini Finance Private Limited. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners. Nothing here may be copied or reused without our written permission.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, KFin is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this website or from links to third-party sites.
Grievances
Questions or complaints can be sent to support@karinifinance.com, or raised with your relationship manager. We acknowledge every complaint and aim to resolve it promptly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms at any time; the version on this page is the one that applies.
